Children’s education – drop out from schools at early stages is alarming. Will country ever reach 100% literacy?
Children’s health and medical facility in major part of the country and to major population of the children is at a pitiable state.
One can go on endlessly on the depressing state of the matter.
And the country is talking about control of CEO salaries. Drama going on between politician and the India Inc.
Salaries of CEO going in the rage of upto about 50 Crore ( what is the per capita income of the country ? ) and many coming forward to justify the salary with the funny argument of “ any new norms on compensation to India CEOs may set in motion a flight of talent and capital away from the country “ & “ talent has to be compensated"
These arguments don’t get support in the case of Teacher’s salary or compensation for internationally renounced scientists. Is it not funny ?
And India Inc. says that corporate have a social responsibility and always supported self regulation. Good joke.
In 5 years most Haryana MLAs got richer by Rs. 5.0 Crore ( Times of India, Delhi 06.10.2009)
Now you compare these with suicide of farmers, hungry and under nourished vast majority population of the country, pitiable condition of the primary and middle schools, abandoned children, horrible condition of the orphanage , unlimited and un-abashed corruption at all levels and an important Government unable to tackle basic problems of the population.
Is it not unlimited hypocrisy and dishonesty ?
